Diana Treleaven Mindfulness coach and teacher

Diana's intention is to help her clients and students to lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilling way of life, by providing them with the tools to find their own ....stillness within.

Diana is known for her caring, compassionate, and supportive nature as she works with a diverse clientele encompassing individuals from various backgrounds. She assists those facing physical, mental, and emotional challenges that impact their well-being and the well-being of those around them. Additionally, she works with individuals seeking to enhance different aspects of their lives, be it relationships, productivity, or achieving better focus.

In addition to being a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and Coach, Diana is an experienced complementary therapist with over a decade of experience in the field. She has practiced as a Reflexologist and Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher since 2008. Diana comprehends the detrimental effects of stress on health, well-being, and overall functioning. Inspired by the profound benefits she has personally reaped from meditation, she decided to undertake training as a teacher to share these advantages with others.

Diana thrives in diverse environments, including public groups, businesses, organizations, charities, and one-on-one sessions, with the goal of making Mindfulness and Meditation training widely accessible. She also serves as a mentor to aspiring Mindfulness and Meditation teachers, providing continual support throughout their training and practice.

Personally, Mindfulness and Meditation have been instrumental in Diana's life transformation, especially during a period when she grappled with chronic pain and disability. Maintaining a dedicated daily practice, she continues her studies under the guidance of Daizan Roshi, a Zen Master, for ongoing personal and professional development. Diana is uniquely trained to teach both the traditional (Zen) Insight approach and the modern research-based Western approach, emphasizing Stress Reduction and Well-being.

The concept of 'Mindful for Life' underscores Diana's steadfast commitment to integrating mindfulness into every aspect of daily life, firmly believing in the profound transformations it can catalyze. Her mission is to deliver training with empathy, understanding, and devoid of judgment, ensuring its accessibility to all individuals. By imparting a solid foundation in Mindfulness and Meditation, Diana equips her clients with the tools to navigate everyday hurdles and lead a more mindful existence.

To cater to individual needs effectively, Diana offers both group sessions and personalized one-on-one training.

Mark is a leadership coach who helps his clients discover and embrace their true identity. He believes that being authentic is the key to success and happiness in work and life.

With over three decades of experience in the corporate world, Mark is a seasoned professional coach and trainer dedicated to helping his clients achieve both personal and professional success. He has collaborated with a diverse range of companies, from multi-national corporations to start-ups and public sector organizations, and is well-versed in driving business growth, enhancing performance, and promoting service excellence.

Utilizing a blend of effective tools and methods including NLP, hypnosis, mindfulness, and meditation, Mark assists his clients in tapping into their inner strengths, overcoming obstacles, and shaping their desired future. As a Master Practitioner in NLP and Hypnotherapy, an Advanced Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, a student of Zen Master Daizan Roshi, and a certified Yoga teacher, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching practice.

Mark firmly believes in the transformative power of meditation and yoga, advocating for their ability to reduce stress, boost overall well-being, and heighten self-awareness. He practices meditation daily and extends his teachings to empower others to do the same.
